One of the largest Chambers of Commerce in our country, the İzmir Chamber of Commerce, continues its fair support and incentives.
According to the statement sent to İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık regarding the İzmir Chamber of Commerce’s fair support and incentive practices, the procedures and principles are as follows.
Dear Fair Organizer,
As in previous years, our Chamber continues to provide incentives in 2026 for domestic fairs determined by our Board of Directors.
The scope of incentives for domestic fairs is as follows:
Only as bare space or package stand, at İzmir fairs; for members who apply to receive incentives, the m² unit price paid to the organizer by the company participating in the fair at the lowest cost will be taken as the basis for calculating the incentive for that fair, provided that the unit price per square meter does not exceed 2,500 TL (excluding VAT). For İzmir fairs with large-volume stands and high participation costs, such as “IF Wedding Fashion İzmir Bridal, Groom and Evening Wear Fair,” the limit is 4,000 TL per m², and for Marble “International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair” and İzfurnex İzmir Furniture Fair, the limit is 3,000 TL per m² (excluding VAT), only as bare space or package stand;
At İzmir fairs; for participations from 1 m² to 80 m² per company, 50% of the participation fee, and for participations from 81 m² to 200 m², 60% of the participation fee (maximum support limit: 200 m²);
At fairs outside İzmir, instead of a variable rate tariff, a standard 50% of the participation fee for up to 40 square meters is covered.
When calculating the incentive amount, the m² unit price paid by the company participating in the fair at the lowest cost among the members who applied for the same fair is taken as the basis.
The payable m² unit price cannot exceed 2,500 TL. (For “IF Wedding Fashion İzmir Bridal, Groom and Evening Wear Fair,” the m² unit price is 4,000 TL, and for Marble “International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair” and İzmir Furniture Fair, the m² unit price cannot exceed 3,000 TL, only as bare space or package stand;
When calculating the incentive amount, VAT is excluded from the scope of support.
Companies displaying imported products or services at their stands cannot benefit from the incentive.
Companies conducting direct sales at their stands cannot benefit from the incentive.
The incentive amount for bare space or package stand is calculated within the framework of the above criteria and, upon approval of the application by our Board of Directors, is paid to the applicant company.
In order for our members to benefit from our incentives in accordance with our procedures and principles regarding these incentives, it is currently required that:
The applicant company must be a member of the İzmir Chamber of Commerce (in active status),
There must be no outstanding membership fee debt to the İzmir Chamber of Commerce,
A decision by our Board of Directors is required regarding the company’s eligibility to benefit from our Chamber’s fair incentives.
Within the framework of the above-mentioned regulations;
• The same company may benefit from incentives for a total of two fairs within one year. (Companies that have more than one registration with our Chamber through their headquarters or branches may benefit from fair incentives a maximum of two times per year in total through their headquarters and branches. In other words, the total fair incentive right granted to the legal entity of a company group is two per year. The company may use this right through its headquarters or any branch it chooses. More than one branch or headquarters affiliated with the same company group, together with another branch, cannot apply for incentives for the same fair. For a single fair participation, an incentive application may be made only through the company’s headquarters or one branch.)
In order for our members participating in fairs to benefit from incentives, they must have submitted an online application via our Chamber’s Web Portal before the fair, during the fair, or at the latest within 7 days after the end of the fair, and within one month following the end of the fair, they must upload the documents specified in our Chamber’s Domestic Fair Incentives Implementation Procedures and Principles online, as described on the İzmir Chamber of Commerce Fair Incentives online application page (https://www.izto.org.tr/tr/ly/fuar-tesvikleri).

We submit this matter for your information and kindly request that you inform İzmir Chamber of Commerce member companies opening stands at your fairs about our Chamber’s incentives within the framework of the criteria mentioned above.
