IMATECH Fair, which is among the most important events in the Eurasian Region where Machinery and Industrial Production Technologies are exhibited, eliminates fairs being a waste of time and an extra cost with its applications.
The IMATECH Fair, which will be held for the 4th time between March 26–29, 2026, in partnership with İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık, continues to make a difference with the free services it offers to participating and visiting companies.
UNLOADING AND LOADING OF DISPLAY PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
As in all the fairs organized by İzgi Fuarcılık and Santra Fuarcılık, at the IMATECH Fair, companies that complete and submit technical forms within the specified period are provided with free forklift and crane services required for unloading display products into the stand area between 08:30–18:00 before the fair. In addition, after the fair, between 20:00–24:00 and on the following day between 08:30–18:00, the loading of display products from the stand area with the help of forklifts or cranes is carried out free of charge.
Companies that do not submit technical forms or do not comply with the specified deadlines on the forms will be able to receive services by paying the required fees.
ELECTRICITY, AIR, AND WATER CONNECTIONS AND CONSUMPTION
At the IMATECH Fair, one electricity line, one air line, and, upon request, one water line are provided free of charge to each company.
While one line is provided free of charge to companies that complete and submit technical forms within the specified period, consumption is also offered free of charge.
Companies that do not submit technical forms on time or request additional lines will be able to receive services by paying the required fees.
FREE PARKING
One of the largest and most modern fairgrounds in our country, Fuar İzmir today offers participants and visitors a safe, comfortable, and peaceful fair participation and visit with its open and covered parking areas.
At the IMATECH Fair, where exhibitors benefit from open and covered parking areas free of charge without any vehicle limitation, visitors can also use the covered parking areas to visit the fair without paying any fee.
FREE CLOAKROOM AREA
One of the free services available to IMATECH visitors is the free cloakroom area. Visitors can safely enjoy their fair visit by leaving their suitcases and bags in the free cloakroom.
